  • The 22111 N. Scottsdale Rd. location doesn't even deserve one star. Nightmare experience from start to finish. The manager I dealt with was aggressive and rude right out of the gate and his sole concern was making a buck vs. retaining customers. I waited more than 30 minutes for a basic car wash mid-morning on a weekday, only to have my car's windows and interior be in worse shape than when I arrived. I took multiple photos and attempted to give feedback over the phone, but was told that the head manager does not have voicemail and they have no idea when he will return to that location. My preference would have been to speak to the owner/general manager about this directly, but they've made posting a review my only option to provide feedback. Pathetic to spend time and money for such a complete lack of professionalism and customer service when there are multiple better options available.
