After we ended service with the company because it turns out after all the fine print that it is more expensive to purchase water through them than at a store. We canceled service with them... after 3 months of not hearing from them after ending it, they send us a bill. Call to ask about it and they said we started service up again. Which we didn't. And the driver told the office he dropped water off at our house when my husband met him in the driveway and told him no cuz we no longer did service with them. So I informed the office and they said they would look into it... a month or 2 later we get another bill saying we still have service... I don't think anyone there has a clue of what's going on.
