  • Dave Santos was kind enough to meet with me on a Saturday without an appointment. He was on time and the property was great. I told him that we have two golden retrievers and asked if that was okay. He said it would be fine, there was just a deposit fee to pay for pets. I filled out the application online on Sunday evening and called another realtor we had been speaking with about a different property to let them know we were no longer interested. I called Desert Sand Property Management on Monday afternoon to make sure everything was okay with my application and they said, "Actually, the owner is not okay with your pets so you can't rent this house." If Mr. Santos had been aware of the pet restrictions on Saturday, I wouldn't have wasted my time with him. Now I'm back at square on a three days further behind.
