  • The battery in my SUV died last night. Got a jumpstart this morning and drove it to Autozone. Autozone said they were willing to sell me a new battery but wouldn't install it because, according to the Autozone employee, of where the battery was located. I called Batteries Plus Bulbs on Nellis, explained the situation and the employee there told us to bring it over. Had to get a 2nd jumpstart to get from Autozone to Batteries Plus Bulbs. The Batteries Plus Bulbs Employee checked our battery, removed the dead one and installed the new battery. It wasn't an easy task because of where the battery was located but the employee was the kindest and hardest working person we've met in a long time. The battery was also $50. less than Autozone. We will never go anywhere else again. Thank you Batteries Plus Bulbs, you've gained a new life long customer!
