  • The day I moved over to this area I headed over there. I purchased a package 2 VIP WASHES AND A WAX. I only had time for a wash. So the salesman told me to use the vip and wax next time. Perfect! So I went back different car salesman a complete JERK insulted me several times telling me to purchase a detail inside for $120 then he went to $90. Then proceeded to BEG please please please. So let me get this straight I am getting a vip and a wax and you want me to purchase more considering I only have a car with 8,000 miles on it. I said NO and walked away. I told LC the sweetest cashier about this man outside. I am sure she deals with a lot with this mess. So I get my car and drive home I live 1/2 mile away. I look all inside nothing done not even a vacuum. Are you kidding me? I called back talked to the manager. Came back they did the inside. It's been 3 weeks total water spots on the hood they said this wax job would last 6 months. I paid a lot for this and feel completely RIPPED OFF and it's sad no one follows up. This is a great community in ANCALA you will not be in business long. Your customer reviews will guarantee that you won't be in this community long. I own a marketing company, maybe you should start contacting you dissatisfied customers and do a follow up on your review status of Yelp. Next will be the BBB because you really do bad business. Thanks for letting me take my business elsewhere.
