Serious about the toiletries. I can't stand moving from one sink to the next. Then having to air dry my hands because all four are not working. When a machine is not working they do not warn people "not in order". Sound systems and mics really suck. They either don't work or have problems. Make sure the front desk handles business rather than fraternizing with members. Let's hustle through with a proper greeting. I never know who's paying attention to me when there's more than one person at the reception booth. More order, custodianship and a willingness to be positive, professional and stop crowding each booth on the floor or huddles at the front desk. Technical issues should be fixed in a reasonable timeframe. Class schedules should be printed on color paper and, if the color changes that means there's been an alteration. If you have time to stand around and crack jokes, you have time to actually work. Now that I think about it, the situations make me angry.
