Every time I go into CVS with an "email discount" the coupon doesn't work. I only go to CVS for the discounts and then I get in there and they don't scan right or they don't match my phone number. Cashier #1390219 decided yesterday was a good day to be rude to me. I have had the same phone number for 25 years. The cashier chose to tell me that someone else must have had the number...25 years ago?
Its too much of a hassle and because this one cashier decided to not care about customer service. Even let me know the store doesn't need me to shop there anymore. So I won't
Is that how management feels? Losing customers.
I'll find a store that has better customer service.
