This is probably the first time I every stop by a Mcdonald's since I had a kid in the car. Drove by the drive thru just to get a Happy meal. Ordering the food was fast but when we got done paying and went to the second window the lady said they are in the middle of getting the nuggets cooked and if I can pull to the first parking in front of me an someone will come out. Well, I was pretty patience since again I have a child in the car. Waited for 20 mins and that was it for me. I call the store to let them know I've been waiting for the meal for over 20 mins now and I can not leave the child unattended in the car, just for me to walk inside. They apologize and said the fries with the meal dropped and they had no more nuggets, would I like something else? How in the world can you not communicate this to your client when I've been waiting for over 20 mins and let me know after I called in about my order? Very disappointing! My time is as valuable as yours!
