  • We have had helpful service for the past 8 years.. we have have minor accidents and they have always come thru in a timely manor... BUT when a major wind storm last year blew out pool's 12 ft x 12 ft solar panels off my roof into my backyard, pool, crushed my garden and not to mention it was later afternoon on a Sunday when my husband was out of town... State Farm from that moment I called Sunday afternoon freaking out they never left my side. A solar pool coming was sent to my house 6:45 am the next morning because I said I can take my dogs potty in the front yard ( but if I would of said yes they would of done it Sunday night) We got immediate service and same day check they went above & beyond. My yard & panels were fixed and they claim adjuster even insisting on replacing my umbrella that had some damage. A crazy afternoon that had me in a panic was soon resulting in us lounging in our pool with new and better solar panels. Thanks State Farm and my main office. They are always so helpful even when I've called right before they close ( twice ) to get a new car added and get the binder they were happy to do it
