I've been a patient of Dr. Beckwith for over a decade, and I've been seen by the other doctors when he's not available. They're all very GREAT doctors! The issue that I finally encountered was with the front office staff. I schedule my appointment months in advance, we'll they call me and say they had to reschedule me, fine. Me and the person I spoke with somehow could not find a date and time that would accommodate my work and school schedule. I called back to schedule and the person I spoke with says come in Feb 11, 2017 @ 9am. I show up and not only did they double book Dr. Beckwith but they forgot to schedule my appointment. The person at the front desk just had this look of entitlement and since they could not confirm my appointment, I must be lying. I've run out of my year supply of contacts, luckily for me I also have glasses, she didn't bother to offer a courtesy set of contacts to hold me over, just asked if I wanted to reschedule my appointment, no thanks I've been down that road of incompetence. It's time to move on.
