  • My boyfriend moved in 3 years ago. Had troubles with the neighbors who were constantly making random complaints about him. The management told him that they would be willing to break the lease if he paid the fees. He paid them the fees he owed and moved out. Now, we're trying to rent another apartment and found out they filed it under an eviction. We went there several times trying to ask them for proof and explain to them it was a broken lease... they refuse to listen. Won't show us any paperwork and claim he owes them $1200 in cleaning charges. He only lived there 1 month and cleaned the apartment before he left. They're liars and they're frauds. Do not rent with them!!
