  • This is a review based solely off of service not the products (which I actually now find to be lacking when I realized pink box is like every other commercial brand that ships their donuts from a main store). I've never been impressed by the in-store service here but today was just it. Every time I have been here no one has ever said hello. Ever. No one has ever asked me if I needed help, asked if I wanted coffee, asked if I was interested in other offers. Every employee I have had the displeasure of meeting lacked any personality and bubbliness. They never smiled or laughed, not even when I attempted to crack jokes as they( every one of them) stood sentinel at the cash register. This makes me really uncomfortable because I'm indecisive and, on this particular day, every donut that I typically enjoy was all out. I made a comment about that. Nothing. Made a comment about the sample cronuts which are a personal favorite. Nothing, no recommendation of anything that might've been slightly similar. Picked a Donut of the Day flavor this time. It made me feel disgusting and sick to my stomach. Not happy.
