  • I feel like maybe parents don't know what the inside of the structures look like so I have included pictures of why it might be dangerous to let your toddler's go with your four-year-old up into the structure by themselves. I encountered several toddlers that couldnt get up some steps and I needed to lift them to their siblings There was no staff inside this structure to help and there are several of these large holes for ladders to come up that they could fall backwards in and severely get injured. It is easily a six foot or more drop. All the slides we did go on were very steep and not toddler friendly I think that there is a large gap between the toddler play area and the structure that isn't meant to accommodate that in between age of 3&4 The cafeteria does not sell pizza by the slice so we had to pay for a personal pie and make sure to put your shoes back on because the mat in front of the soda machine is damp. There's no one around cleaning up the tables. It won't let me add any more pictures but there are food all over the floor and the tables are not wiped down. My ticket time is 12:21 its almost 1 o'clock now and they said it's going to be another 10 minutes. If they sold it by the slice this would be completely avoidable waiting this long for a small pizza is absolutely unacceptable. Victoria is running food as fast as she can and manning the register, and cleaning, maybe someone could give her a hand? Or at least some recognition for doing the job of 3 people at once? Had I not been petite there would have been no chance for me to really climb into the structure with her. Which is encouraged on the website for parents for children under 5 years old yet they make it impossible for parents bigger than me to get in. There is a structure however over by the toddler area that most parents could probably fit into. I recommend that one and just sightseeing from the top Keep the tip about wearing long sleeves and long pants you will get friction Burns otherwise we probably won't be returning until she is older, maybe a couple years because I can only imagine how exciting and adventurous this place must feel to a 5 year old
