rev:text	Dr Ann O'Neill, has been my wife's Dr for a year. We found a lump in right breast July, 2015 then the process began. Dr Ann and the doctors she had aligned her practice with have been amazing. Her office staff can be a bit slow when responding, but please have patience Dr Ann will guide you through this very emotional time in your life. I especially want to recognize nurse Leyda in the office she has been so supportive and caring to our needs, we love you Leyda. When you find out you have cancer time seems to slow and whole process can be grueling. The worst part for us was trying to navigate through the insurance process. The word cancer seemed to trigger a completely different process and set of insurance company rules. Dr Ann helped us though all of this and her staff has also been caring and compassionate to both of us. Dr Anne is a general surgeon as well as cosmetic surgeon. Her goal at all times is to first save your life and then put you back together with the best possible cosmetic result. My wife had a double Mastectomy the skin she was left with was thin so she needed what's call an LD Flap procedure. I am amazed how talented she is. The bottom line here is Dr Ann, will get you though what will seems like the worst possible time of your life. It's not going to be fast enough, it's a process from hell. But she will get you through it with her caring and compassion and she not like so many doctors, she actually has a wonderful personality and great bedside manner. You will become to love her as my wife and I do.
