  • DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE, they have no idea what a committment is. They were scheduled (a month in advance) through Whirlpool, to come out and fix our refrigerator door. The day of, when they didn't show during our scheduled time, I called. Anthony said that they didn't come because they called us at 9 am and nobody answered the phone. I reminded him we had an APPOINTMENT, and expected them from 12-4. He said because we lived in Buckeye, they called, and since we didn't answer or call back, they didn't come. What is an appointment for then? I didn't answer my phone, oh well! I was busy! This would have been forgivable but he then told me I'd have to wait 10 more days before they could come out, and we will be out of town the day he chose. Then, back to work. We are both teachers, hence why we scheduled during our Christmas Break! Only to have the guy tell me that Whirlpool's online system stinks, I am "too far" for them to keep a commitment, and that "maybe you should have answered your phone". He told me that all I wanted to do was "argue" with him. They should have made an effort to get here sooner, since THEY are the ones who didn't keep the commitment (and my warranty is up in a 2 weeks--so I need them stat). If they were any sort of customer service orienteed company they would have made an effort to come tonite, or anytime this week. Not pick the ONE day I will be out of town (he says "well, I don't know your schedule, I have 120 other clients to worry about"). Bottom line, I had a DR appt in the AM, then waited in my house all afternoon, never had my phone on me (not everyone has their phone attached to the hip). I will be reporting them to Whirlpool to not use them as an authorized vendor. The Anthony guy said I didn't want solutions, when his only solution was to come on a day that I can't be home. We don't all have 4 hour windows of time to take off of work or sit around and wait for maintenance people to show up--THAT'S WHY I MADE AN APPOINTMENT. Do not schedule with these people. Totally disrespectful to people's time and the word "commitment"--we had an appointment, and I'm screwed because I live in Buckeye, and because I didn't answer my phone. Okaaaay. Sounds reasonable.
