My friend of 41 years and I were looking for something to do for my 51st birthday in Vegas. ( it was the 30th anniversary of our first trip to Vega as 21 year olds..) We were staying at the MGM and wandered over to New York New York . We gambled a bit. Went to the Irish bar ..which had great music but not much seating. So we gambled a bit more and ended up at the piano bar. We had a choice of paying $5 to hang at
the bar with no seat ,or pay $15 to have a table. It was my birthday and I chose to pay the extra $15 for a table.. Let me tell you it was the best $15 I ever spent. Not only were the dueling pianos AWESOME . But they had a second set of players..just as awesome ... come in for breaks , the fun never ended and they really get the crowd going. The servers and people working the door were nice. You will lose more money gambling ,In the period of time you spend here having great time and drinking. BTW...If you pay the $15 for a table you will feel like a V.I.P.. It is totally worth it. I had a great time -and you will too!
