I have to say that this is the worst post office in Las Vegas. The employees and the postmaster are unprofessional. The telephone wait time is ridiculous if you get through and are not cut off after you have waited for over an hour. They misdirected a package that was for 1-day priority service mailed on 2/10. It is now 2/23 and the package has still not arrived at it's location because of a faulty barcode but no one seems to know how I can get it back to sender so I can re-send using FEDEX. I am filing a official complaint today with the PMGCEO and with the Postal Service in Washington DC. This unprofessional behavior and unacceptable customer service should not be tolerated by the US Post Office or their customers.
