Pretty good- good location by the Metro Center, friendly staff, free breakfast and a pretty neat kiosk to check in- sometimes I don't like being helped by an overly friendly persona after being on a plane for 5 hours :-)
The good- the cookies at the counter were AMAZING. Breakfast was adequate- free. Copious amounts of juice, water, a great tea selection. Room set up was clean and sharp- looked new-ish and linens seemed crisp. Giant flat screen on a swivel so we could watch it in the little living room- or in the bed! Sweet!
The meh- we have an 18 month old. Didn't bring his house slippers. He ran around either in socks or barefeet- after the first night of barefoot stomping...BLACK FEET. The rug was deeeee-scusting. Second- the kiosk was cool but really effed me in the end- When I put the reservation I found a neat deal to have a $46 credit to use for food or hotel movies while I was there. Having made the reservation a few months back- I FORGOT. Got the bill with the credit and was mad at myself. Also- the heater/air conditioner was really hard to get to a comfortable temperature- we still managed to keep it around 70-ish- but the sensor didn't seem to work right- room 402 if you're reading this Hyatt people.
The pool was deserted- but it's November- it was outdoor and not heated so although my 18 month old wanted to dive in (because apparently babies haven't developed that disdain for cold yet) mama no likeee.
Overall good- I'd stay again- but I'd ask for a room on the other side of the building. My window overlooked the VERY busy I-17. Traffic all night- and I could hear it. Icks.
