  • Overall a cool experience. Wanted to try something new to relax from the daily grind. Staff were running around and rushing, it felt more like a visit to a fast food restaurant rather than a spa, until we got to the room with the couples pool. You can adjust music volume and the lighting. Water temperature was just right. Floating experience - superb! You don't realize how much salt is in the pool until it's crystallizes on your face after just one touch. Star was taken off for rushed feeling when checking in and being shown around.
