As said by the staff, for the first chapter, the difficulty level was about 4/5. This was my first escape room experience and I can't stop thinking about it! We went in with a group of 6 and only one person in our group had done an escape room prior to this time.
As you enter you sign off a waiver but don't be alarmed by it, just the routine. In the waiting area are plenty of seating and interactive puzzle games ranging from solving a digit lock code, to a puzzle and more. There are also plenty of lockers provided for your belongings. The staff were welcoming and very friendly; you can ask them any questions or concerns before you start. They will address rules and important information to help you on your escape so pay close attention! The owners are the actors themselves and set the mood perfectly.
Everything in the room was well taken care of despite being fiddled with by people on a daily basis. No matter how big your team is, there's plenty of items in the room to investigate. The rooms' atmosphere fit the theme so perfectly and were decorated accordingly. They may seem a little too small to some but we were fine with the amount of area.
The staff watch you closely and are there if you need ANY level of help or hint so you don't have to feel like you're entirely off by yourself. They'll steer you on the right track. They count down time remaining as well.
It's so nice of them to take the group's photo and post it on their FB page :)
I highly recommend this place to friends who've never done escape rooms before and I even want to personally book the room for them in the future lol. I cannot wait for the next chapter or story! They plan to have a total of 4!
