  • So I don't know a lot about cars and I just needed someone to help me put in the transmission fluid I purchased. I went to this autozone and asked if someone would please help me put the fluid in mar car. This bigger lady that worked there said if you didn't buy it here, we can't help you. I understood this but still felt it wasn't friendly. So I then asked if someone could just point out to me where to put in the fluid so I could do it myself. This young guy with glasses that worked there reluctantly agreed to show me. When we went outside and I popped my head, he then told me I don't know where it is and laughed. NO HELP WHATSOEVER! And kind of rude!
