Very poor customer service and not very knowledgeable.
Our property manager has the WORST customer service skills of any "professional" I have ever seen. She also does a poor job of advising our board because she continues to encourage them to enact policies and vote on measures that are in direct violation of our CC&Rs and the law or are very questionable! Our meetings were a disaster and they continuously broke the law by not letting home owners speak before issues were voted on. They hold telephonic only meetings in the middle of the day that no one can attend and you have to call them to get the phone number each time.
Now they have a lawyer come to the meetings (at the cost of the HOA and that means at the cost of the homeowners) so that the meetings are run properly! The manager tells you that you can email her with questions, and then I get a letter from their lawyer accusing me of harassment!
Also, now that the lawyer is involved....they have tried to charge me with the lawyer's fees on 3 separate occasions! Which is also illegal. Every time I call to get the charges removed, they say it was a mistake and remove them. But I should not have to call! By the way, all these charges were done behind my back without a letter or anything telling me I was being charged. I just happen to check my balance online and find them myself!
If your community is thinking of using CPM, do whatever you can to stop them! Elect new board members...do whatever you need to do to stay away from this company!
