  • The staff at both locations are friendly and as helpful as they can be. The problem seems to be with the owners who don't give the staff leeway to make decisions, and aren't around or contactable to solve issues. I had a plant die in their care - and the staff can't make it right. No word from the owners for a couple of weeks.
