  • Snarky, obnoxious, "know-it-all" sales staff who get angry when customers ask follow up questions or disagree with their recommendations. Limited product lines and inventory. If you enjoy being talked down to and made to feel stupid, this is your store. Otherwise, don't waste your time or money on this place. Go to RoadRunner in Tempe. You can even get more knowledgeable, friendlier and better customer service at Sports Chalet or Dick's.
