  • Terrible customer service!!!! You wait to drop off your script while the pharmacy tech chats on a personal call or text on their cell phone!! Every single month for six months I've dropped the same script off told they have the script and suddenly I go to pick it up and "oh we should have called you we don't have it"!!!! I know for a fact they have the drug they just don't bother double checking it's easier not to fill the script! Every month I have ask them to double check as I was told they did have it by the pharmacy tech upon drop off, oh what do you know we do have it!!! No oh I'm so sorry nothing!!! Same thing happened today I walked in am told "um we don't have one if your meds but we should have called you"!! I'd say hell yes you should have called me!!! The pharmacy tech then gets an attitude and "says we did call you we pushed the button and if it didn't call you that's my problem"!!!! Well Alexa first you have terrible customer service skills secondly it's also poor customer service to stand in front of a customer and have a personal convo on your phone while the customer waits!!! Add to this terrible store I get a snarky note on one of my scripts because the script was written five months ago and I just requested it filled. So miss traveling RPH instead of leaving snarky notes pick up the phone and call me and ask me!!! The drug wasn't a controlled therefore it's really mind of your business why I waited five months (which I didn't) or even if happen to get that drug filled else where!!! Come on you are supposed to be a RPH use your brain!!!! Too bad for me my insurance requires me to use CVS and this is the closest one to me. Let's see if CVS contacts me!! Oh and the 800 number isn't much better I called it last week and after waiting on hold three different times for over 15 minutes each time I get through to a human only to be told "oh I can't help you I'll transfer you"!!! All three times I was disconnected and spoke to no one!!! CVS get with it you have terrible customer at this location as well your 800 number!! I'd love to share the rest of my feelings with you if you care!!!
