  • I first started Bikram here with a one month trial and absolutely loved it! But due to scheduling issues I decided to try a Class pass and explore other gyms. After trying many other gyms I am fairly certain that this gym is the best. First off it's clean- very clean and high end. The showers are spa like. And the floor is soft which takes a lot of stress off your knees. The staff is very friendly and encouraging. Positive atmosphere all the time. I was always encouraged to take my time leaving. Extra time to stretch and meditate after class is always available. Diverse group of people from beginners to experts to 70 yr olds who have a 20 yr old body (must be all the yoga). This is NOT a judgy gym. Overall I would recommend this gym to anyone. I always leave this class feeling 10x better then when I came in. I just wish their 3:30 class started at 4:00
