  • My boyfriend and I came in at 11:20 (20 minutes after they opened mind you) and we waited 15 minutes until they told us to come back in half an hour. We came back in half an hour and then waited 15 minutes to be seated. Then 45 minutes in the chair before anyone came to work on us. They do hands and feet separately (something I did not know about) so in total it took 3 hours to get a mani/pedi with gel. On top of that my thumbs were both smudged so bad she had to redo them. If the job had been really good I wouldn't care but I keep noticing more and more mistakes and spots they missed. My boyfriend's nails are also jagged and crooked. We definitely will never be coming back here again.
