  • If I could give 0 stars I would as well. I purchased a Grand Cherokee in January and everything went great for the first few months. Fast forward, now I have lights that illuminate on the dash randomly and my cruise doesn't work other times, which in turn means it has been in for service multiple times. The only solution that they come up with is to do a re-flash to restart the computer system. My car only went 35 miles after leaving from the last re-flash before the same problems started occurring. I don't have the time to keep bringing my vehicle back to their dealership for them to keep neglecting the problem(s). I guess I am old-fashioned, but I would think that if I make the substantial investment to purchase a new car, I would expect that everything should run smoothly!! Additionally, I have an 8 speed transmission that shifts very hard into certain gears. Apparently there is no way to fix this problem and I was told to 'deal with it' until Chrysler comes out with a fix. I was told that this will take 3+ months. I am not a big under the hood car guy, but I can only cringe when I think about the damage the hard shifting is doing to my transmission long term. It is like they are just trying to get me to 36,000 with minimal effort so I have to keep coming in to get problems fixed (laughable at this dealer). Whereas they just want to get paid to fix the problems after the warranty has expired! Also, they offer free car washes, but it takes nearly an hour to get your car washed on any day of the week. Better have a full tank of gas if you take it in for this as well, because they leave it running the entire time with the AC blasting. I lost 150 miles of gas range the last time they washed it! Huge regret buying a Jeep, especially from this dealer. I am looking into Lemon Laws. AVOID THIS DEALER!!!
