I had my car repaired in the collision facility. By far the worst service I have received. My file was handled by Dave in the collision department. Rude and disrespectful. Customer service skills lack in this department. I was told that they didn't k is when my car would be completed and I better wait because they are on back log. In addition they said the mobile alerts that my auto was completed were wrong and they do not go by that. I was also refused the opportunity to speak with managment due to the fact that no one knew where my car was and when it would be completed. They ignored insurance companies calls and rental car companies calls.
