rev:text	After "coming home" to Cox after 2 years of Century Link hell, I was delighted with the pricing and first-rate service I received at Cox Solutions on West Bell. My contact was Jonathan Renda, the manager. I returned several more times, met different employees and I have NEVER received anything but courteous professional treatment. True, there's a wait but there are several employees and it may be just that the store is so popular. If you have issues and your phone call to Cox has left you dissatisfied, I would recommend that you make a personal trip to a Cox Solutions store. I belong to a neighborhood blog, and most of the people on it are switching to Cox from Century Link (CL) and other providers because Cox has reliable speed. New people in the neighborhood who ask for guidance on the blog are advised to go with Cox for this reason. In my case I had to choose between having to give up ADT if I stayed with Century Link. I am more than satisfied with the decision I made.
