Put in service call via First American Home Warranty on Tuesday 6/30/15 for AC service. Fan on compressor seized. I was given a time frame by L&S for Thursday between 8 and 1. Call back was the same day.
Technician provided courtesy call 15 minutes ahead of his visit. Technician confirmed issue, had the necessary replacement parts on his truck. He was most courteous, and professional at all times. AC was fixed in 30 minutes in the heat of the day. Only issue is with their customer service as their can be a wait time, because of backlog, to get to an assistant, however, in fairness I suspect during this time of the year it is probably just as difficult to reach customer service with any company.
