  • I couldn't wait for this place to open. Unfortunately, it was a letdown. The employees are very unfriendly and unwelcoming. They do not like to answer questions about the menu or drinks. They are not happy to be there or for you to be there. For a new place, they really are missing the mark on gaining repeat customers. I gave them four tries, and every time got unpleasant service. On my last visit, I asked about the ingredients in the milk tea. They were extremely shady and hesitant to answer me. They kept asking why I wanted to know. Umm, this is 2017; it's very normal to want to know what you're putting in your body. Finally they agreed to show me the ingredients on the bag of POWDER they use. They said they couldn't show me the bag, but they would take a picture on a cell phone to show me. Ok? Now I know why the drinks are made in the back hidden from view. They use lollicup mixes with a lot of artificial ingredients. The tea is not freshly brewed here. Urban? I don't think so. Plenty of other places to get fresh tea and boba in this area. Head to tea swirl a few blocks North! Byeeeeeeeeeee.
