This place is absolutely unprofessional! My son purchased a vehicle from this dealershit (yes I spelled it right) my sons vehicle has spent more time being fixed than what he has driven it! I called and asked to speak with a manage or supervisor. Daniel said he would go over my sons notes and call me back (no call back) I had to call them back than was now speaking with Pablo he claims to be Daniels boss. I was told it takes 3-4 times for a car to be done correct when a motor has to be replace/rebuilt due to human error. I proceed to explain that my sons vehicle is important due to the fact that he is his grandfathers caregiver (my father) and needs to take him to cancer appointments and follow up appointments from two strokes that he has suffered due to his cancer. I was told by Pablo to "call an Uber" once I became outraged with that type of response he tried to back pedal and say I took it the wrong way, but yet proceeds to tell me that people call him all the time with drastic lies just to have their car fixed. So let's just leave my fathers illness out of this if your selling shit cars without the concern of what they are being used for. Shouldn't his car still be fixed properly regardless???
