  • Waited at the counter for 10 minutes before someone took our order. There are 4 employees here and they are moving slower than snails. 75% off the tables are filthy. No straws in the lobby. Had to wait 3 minutes before someone grabbed someone, but of course they had to fill drive thru first. How hard is it to hand me 4 straws before you refill the empty container(s)?!? Usually this place is awesome. Right now it feels like a retirement center.
