  • I just had the most amazing customer service. But I'll start with two weeks ago when my husband and I moved to a two bedroom apartment. There were a few things that needed to get fixed so I called, and one of their maintenance men, Jay, was on it immediately! He had everything fixed within two hours of me making the call, and he even cleaned the door and gave it a fresh coat of paint. Such amazing service. So let's fast forward to three days ago. I called the office because I used the dishwasher and it was SO loud I couldn't hear anything in my nice new apartment. The dishwasher in the old apt was so quiet I sometimes didn't know it was going. So I called the office and asked, really nicely, if it was at all possible to swap them out. No harm in asking, right? Heidi was amazing and put in the maintenance ticket for me and three days later (today) Jay is at my new place swapping out the dishwashers!! He had his new trainee Scott with him and they did and incredible job! I've only lived in this complex for 6 months, but I have never had anything less then amazing service from all of the staff. Jay is always professional, knowledgeable and efficient! Couldn't be happier!
