  • I went to their new location at Arrowhead. Was very impressed with the selection and eventually found exactly what i was looking for. The service was terrible. The staff were extremely unattentive even after we asked for help. At the checkout they were quick but rushed. Like they didnt have time to be polite. Talking too fast and dont seem to actually care. Seemed rude asking if we had a sketcher account then offer a sketcher account, never explaining what a sketcher account was. Needless to say we did not sign up. I will return for another pair of shoes. Not the poor service.
