  • Just received a call from this company soliciting me as a new home owner. Seems like they must purchase new homeowners phone numbers from somewhere. I informed the woman that I wasn't interested. That's when things went left. She got extremely rude and condescending with me starting to yell at me and use guilt techniques in hopes of winning me over. I asked why this was the second company that had called me today regarding my water and she stated that water is essential. I stated that as a nurse (and a person with a brain) was aware that water was essential to survival but not a water softener. She asked if I'd just moved to AZ. I said no. I've been here for 10 years and never had a softener. Then said that if I wanted one I would find a company to provide the service as opposed to being stalked by one when I'm in a busy transition of my life. She started asking me about my knowledge of phosphates and after hearing my 2 year old in the background started questioning me about my child as if to say I am a bad parent if I don't own a water softener. I hung up on her after letting her know her technique for talking to potential customers sucked and she should be fired for being ridiculous. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE and most certainly wouldn't use them myself. There are lot of options out there. They should train they're telemarketers better or better yet, not solicit people for their business. It's annoying.
