  • Went out to start my car about a week ago and the battery was dead. This was a small issue until I could not pop the hood from the passenger compartment. Since moving to Vegas, I've not had satisfying results even getting oil changes and so my decision to send my vehicle to Bobby & Danni @5-Star was based on 1) proximity and 2) Yelp! In the end the hoodlatch issue was fixed and the battery replaced (w/a good brand, not my usual Wal-Mart special) and at a price a bit lower than anywhere in my anticipated price range (as the hoodlatch issue did NOT look like easy-peasy fun)! Danni up front was very charming and wonderful to work with and kept me from becoming too anxious, and Bobby seemed like both a good guy and a tack-sharp mechanic. 5 Star simply rocks! I'll go back even for my next oil change (coming sooner than I thought)!
