I love this place. I found it looking for a good massage - something more physical therapy and less spa relaxation and am I ever glad I did! If I could go here every week - heck every day, I would.
It balances - get it, balances...the spa and therapy beautifully. It has all the elements of a high end spa - soft wooden, good smelling, relaxing atmosphere with lovely tea and water available while you wait and soft spoken, friendly staff. It has a yoga studio that looks nice although I haven't tried it. But their focus is definitely health and wellness.
A variety of therapies are available as are different types of therapists. I have a sports related shoulder injury and I see a sports trained therapist who is very knowledgeable and a wonderful massage therapist. I just got lucky in seeing him the first time I went and I'm a regular customer now.
My mother and sister-in-law also raved about the therapists they had for a one hour massage - we go once a year together and rarely all come out raving.
But that's just massage therapy - in addition they do so much more - check out their website, it's got all the information you could need. And don't take my word for it - try it yourself, you won't be disappointed!
