I bought those online deal, thinking that my daughter and I could have our nails done before we went on our Spain trip. My daughter's nail was done by the owner while mine was done by her daughter. Her daughter was doing a good job and my shellac nails are still looking decent other the usual wear and tear. However the owner rushed through my daughter's and hers was finished really fast. I could tell she skipped a few steps compared to what her daughter did for me like soaking, cuticle removal and oil application at the end. Too bad I didn't say anything at that time coz 2 days after when we're already on our trip, couple of my daughter's shellac actually fell off (the whole piece of the polish)! I should have taken a picture of my daughter's nails right at that time! Of-course I couldn't contact them to complain until 3 weeks later after we came back from Spain. The owner wasn't there first time I called and I left a message with her daughter. She didn't bother returning my call. Finally got hold of her and she said she couldn't take my word for it even though I explained the reason why I couldn't show her her bad job right away. She said they're just not right for us and I could write whatever review I wanted and she didn't care! So here I am! Very nasty person! Maybe she treats regular customer better. Or maybe we used vouchers, we should only get a "discounted" service? If anyone wants to give them a shot, go ahead but make sure you ask for anybody BUT THE OWNER!
