DISTROYED MY HAIR COLOUR and LIE to customers
I used since 10 years AVEDA products. I have natural brown hair (same color as Kate Middleton). I just needed to cover some grey hair and asked my natural hair color to remain the same.
I ended up with ORANGE hair and BLACK at the ends. The senior stylist Kait (?) who made this color completely refused to acknowledge that it did bot work well and was just pushing back. Very un-nice. So they colored my hair a second time, now I have BLACK hair in the front and more REDISH in the center of the head with RED SHINE. Kait was rude.
Now it it one day later. I am devastated and want to cry. My scap burn after the 2 coloring. I called the study to ask to speak to Paul himself. Kait said she is the owner and there is no chance to speak to Paul. Now I have a Gothic style and had to pay 95CAD.
BTW, I had to ask for a glass of water twice to finally have one, while waiting in total for 2.5hrs for the color. Furthermore it was freezing as I was sitting close to the window (winter) and the stylist again did not wanted me to sit somewhere else.
This is a pitty that I could not speak with someone reasonable and with experience in coloring in this study and that Paul is not working there according to the stylist!!!
