After driving to this location to see a car that their online inventory said they had in stock and walking the entire lot without finding it, we were instead showed a different one despite my protest that we would not buy that color. Subaru Joe indicated that the online inventory may actually be stored at their other dealership locations. After spending a few minutes with him, we asked if he could locate the specific car we wanted to see, but Subaru Joe said he had customers waiting for him. Um... what the f#%k were we?! He gave a us a brochure and told us to have a nice day. This was the exact opposite of high pressure sales. Not even a cup of coffee was offered to us. I'm still baffled. Were we not dressed nicely enough? We were prequalified through our credit union and ready to make a purchase that day. We thankfully ended up buying through Member's Auto Center and won't go it alone again!
Edited to add that my review regarding Subaru Joe was in relation to our shopping in September 2016. However, no one else at your dealership offered us anything either. I surely have the correct dealership Amanda, but nice try!
