  • This place is one of the best in Champaign for its price (about $20 for a guy's haircut). It's a little off campus for me as a student with no car, but it's definitely worth the trip. Having been to Yuko's at least 7 or 8 times now, I can genuinely say that the owner really knows and cares about what she's doing. I had wanted to buy some wax for my hair at one point in time and not once did she try to pressure me into buying any particular kind but really tried to find something that suited my style and my budget. I ended up not finding anything but know that if I needed something in the future or wanted to change my hairstyle, I could count on her to do it.
