I purchased a spa cover from Mike from Arizona spa repair on July 1, 2016. He Informed me that he would be installing the spa cover within a three-week period. It is now three months later and I have called him on three separate occasions and he states he'll be out to install it. It is almost three months later and it has not been installed. I called him today he stated he would call me back within five minutes but he has not returned my call. Avoid this Company. I assume that I'm going to have to take him to court.

9/3/2016 Very aggressive person and not sure he knows what he's doing. Put pieces back upside down. Over torqued screws. Multiple trips to fix leaks that he didn't identify. I think he just says you need a new pump no matter what. Pass on him

2/18/2016 AZ Spa Repair was called and they came to our house. We told them the circuit breaker kept flipping off. They said they didn't do electrical work but they said the problem was caused by a circulation pump (appx. $300). The pump was installed and it did not fix the problem. They then said we needed a new mother board (appx. $600) which they installed. The problem was still not solved. They then said the spa needed a high limit switch, which they provided but it too did not solve the problem. After that they never returned calls after many attempts to reach them. We have since called another company and they identified the problem and fixed the spa in one hour with $10.00 in parts.

5/27/2014 AZ Spa Repair is a horrible company- they do not repond to messages- horrible service- One of their techs looked at my hot tub and determined I needed a couple of new spa panels and here it is 5 months later and still no panels and I cannot get anybody to call me back to let me know if they have even been ordered- this is a horrible company- don't bother calling them for service because they will not call you back

5/5/2014 This company is horrible with their follow up. I leave messages and nobody ever calls you back. I am still waiting on them to complete warranty work from February and here we are in May. I am unable to get them to complete it because nobody ever calls you back. This company does not value their customers.
