  • Can not recommend this group and certainly would not return. Their customer service needs an attitude check. They are clearly not the only service provider in town, and I would recommend you look elsewhere. The office "business manager" was particularly dismissive to my requests. After my 14 year old son, who is a high school wrestler was diagnosed with alopecia by this group, I asked for a simple letter signed by the doctor to show his wrestling coach and wrestling officials should he be questioned on a skin check during an alopecia outbreak. After giving me the run around on the phone, they simply refused two requests for a simple letter without reasonable explanation. Bottom-line....find another provider. Their attitude with me was dismissive and that my concern was not their concern. Look elsewhere if you value customer service.
