Update: It's now 3/30/2016...11 days later and fridge is STILL not fixed. Spencer's/Goldwing came out early last week and determined a fix...but said they would have to come back with the part. Apparently design flaw where the fill tube, which leaks, is causing the fan to freeze up. Wife called Spencer's/Goldwing today, who was supposed to come right out and they actually forgot about us altogether...and said they would have to make another appointment on Friday. LOL. Are you kidding me?
Also, Spencer's responded to my Yelp review 9 days ago and asked how they could assist. I told them exactly how they could help...and of course, they have never had the decency to respond back.
Do not ever buy from Spencer's. They have provided the single worst customer service experience of my lifetime.
