| - So I recently had a spray tan with another girl and it went awful. I decided to contact Casey because of her Instagram pictures. When I first texted her, she stated she was out of town or something for her birthday and for me to contact her when I was back in town.
I started texting her 3 days ago for an appointment. I also had questions about the tan. I have yet to get a response back from her. Figuring she may be out of town or something I brushed it off. That was until a friend of mine Texted her and got a response right away, about 5 minutes after I texted her and an appointment to come in on Monday!! Just super weird and not professional at all, I sent 3 texts that were ALL IGNORED. When my friend confronted her, she told my friend she was looking at the wrong day and is fully booked Monday! Haha. Why is this girl playing games with customers?? She has poor customer service as far as I'm concerned. My said she booked an appointment for her without even asking her name as well?! Maybe she didn't like the questions I asked about the tan? No clue but it's disappointing and rude I felt like I was bothering her. I will find another person, they are a dime a dozen and others will appreciate my business. I will attach photos so you can see how my texts were ignored but my friends was not. first pic is of my friends second two are me being ignored finally I stuck up for myself. I don't want to be naked or half naked around such a rude person. Terrible. Just look at her response to me below? So hostile and UNPROFESSIONAL not to mention delusional because I have NEVER contacted this girl before this past time! Wow!

Hello Casey- first off your unprofessional not to mention demeaning comment to my review is not what consumers want to see. I have never ever in the past texted you for a spray tan or left a bad review until now. I would NEVER contact someone if I had to leave a bad review for them in the first place! Yes spray tanners are a Dime a dozen I did say that lol So I am not going to take the time to confront you about any of that which is absolutely absurd not to mention weird. Second off, why are you complaining about me texting you about problems I had with another spray tan? YES I did let you know those issues because I WAS AFRAID OF THEM HAPPENING AGAIN! I cannot believe you are acting like I told you intimate details about my life! It was about a spray tan experience! lol so I am not supposed to tell you my bad experience with another spray tan? That is another reason why I had so many questions for you which went ignored and unanswered!!! All because you CLAIM I texted you before and left a bad review? Yikes. Also as far as my FRIEND she DID text you and got the same responses as shown. Overall I think that your hostility, lack of professionalism and just rude response is uncalled for. I have NEVER texted you in the past. Accusing someone is wrong. Bottom line is, I texted you for a spray tan and let you know my bad experience with someone else and got ignored as well as my friend got ignored. And now you write a nasty response? Very off putting! Oh and also, what bad reviews do I have on my yelp about other spray tanners?! Not one, just another thing you are accusing someone you don't know of doing. And then accusing me of erasing bad reviews and having texts with you from a year ago? I have a life and don't sit around deleting reviews just to make someone look bad, you did that for your self with your comment to me. I NEVER CONTACTED YOU CASEY. Accept my review as a consumer who was trying to obtain a service and has been treated unbelievably absurd. Is this a joke?
