  • Came here for light up night. Room was dirty, found an earring on the floor which tells me the room had not been swept. Keurig was smeared with something on the top of it along with the TV. Our room overlooked the parking lot which had brights lights shining through along with a lot of traffic noise. The food in the soho was really good except they had no hot chocolate on an 18 degree day. We tried to order room service around 10 at night and was told not on light up night. We tried to get a soda from the vending machine and it was broke. After calling the front desk they brought us a soda and packages of hot chocolate! The front desk was surprised we couldn't get room service. It is now 1 am and I'm starving and cold. Bah humbug!
