There are only two women who work there and one is very junior; you can tell from every step of the Manicure process she's never done it before or was trained very badly. She used hug wads of cotton dripping with Acetone and just covers your hands in it and it drips everywhere and it goes downhill from there ladies. I've gone back two more times but made appointments specifically with Kim, whose the stronger manicurist of the two-woman crew. She's definitely better BUT they both really over buff your nails and are very rough on our nails with the scraping tool that pushing your cuticles back. I cringe at the unnecessary damage being done to my digits each time. They are very nice though and I wish their manicures were as good as their personalities. As long as you don't mind micro-manging them throughout the process and asking them to be gentler if they get rough or bugs less if you feel it's overkill then for the price this place is worth trying.
