This was my first time trying aerial yoga and I thought it was going to be quite a challenge since I haven't done even regular yoga in a long time. I don't have the best upper body strength but that was not an issue it was still a very relaxing and peaceful experience. I did not feel judged for not getting the moves correct at some points. For example the instructors were sweet and happy to help position my leg if wasn't in the right place etc. Overall I would recommend to a friend. Who knows I might become a "yogi" now?? :-)
